Questions
What are AI credits?
Every question, dashboard, image or web search uses AI. Credits measure that usage: a quick question takes a few credits, a full dashboard or a set of images more. Your balance renews each billing month, and you can always see it in the app.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Chats and scheduled tasks pause until the next period, and nothing else is affected: your dashboards keep working. An admin can upgrade at any time to continue right away.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and start a new monthly period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. No long-term contracts.
What's the difference between Pro and Agency?
Agency adds an organization: a parent account above all your client workspaces, with a manager view across clients, organization-wide skills and integrations, more workspaces and unlimited seats.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. A tax invoice is emailed for every payment.
How do you handle payments?
Payments are processed by a PCI DSS–compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered on their secure page and never reach our servers.
