Terms of Service

The service

Bamboo Insights is an online service for analyzing marketing and sales data with an AI assistant, building dashboards, generating content and automating reports. Features differ by plan and may evolve; we won't materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you've paid for.

Accounts and your team

• You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts.
• Admins decide who joins the organization and what each member can access.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data

• You own your data: the data you connect, upload and create. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which form part of these terms.
• You confirm you have the rights and permissions to connect the accounts and data you bring in, including your clients' accounts.
• We never use your data to train AI models.

AI output

The assistant's answers, dashboards, images and drafts are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before relying on them or publishing them. Campaign drafts are only created in an ad account after a person on your team approves them, and you're responsible for what you approve and publish. As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, subject to the rights of third parties and the terms of the platforms involved.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content or activity, including in generated content and ads.
• No attempts to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around usage limits.
• No reselling or white-labeling the service without our written agreement.
• Follow the terms of the third-party platforms you connect.

Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Israeli shekels including VAT, to the card you provide, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes monthly AI credits and limits on workspaces and members. Unused credits don't roll over. When credits run out, AI features pause until the next period or an upgrade.
• Upgrades are charged immediately and start a new monthly period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, including your rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law where it applies.
• If a renewal payment fails we'll retry and notify you; after repeated failures the organization moves to the Free plan.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal.

Emails we send you

• Service emails: by creating an account you agree that we email the address you sign in with about your account and the service: sign-in and security codes, new-sign-in alerts, billing and invoices, replies to your support requests, approvals and notifications you set up, and important changes to the service or these terms. These are part of the service and continue while your account is active.
• Product updates: we also send occasional updates about Bamboo Insights, such as new features, integrations and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every such email or by writing to [email protected]; unsubscribing doesn't affect service emails.
• To send these emails we keep your name and email address with our email provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. When you delete your account, we remove it from our mailing list.

Third-party services

The service connects to platforms you choose (for example ad, analytics, e-commerce and AI services). Your use of them is governed by their terms; we aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to their APIs.

Suspension and termination

• You can stop using the service and delete your organization at any time from the app.
• We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the service or others, with notice where reasonable.
• After termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it beforehand.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or particular business results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from data or content you bring into the service without the necessary rights, or from your breach of the acceptable-use rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, notify admins at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent relief in any competent court.
